Houghton's Pond is located on the south edge of the Blue Hills Reservation and is a popular suburban swimming location. The park also offers extensive hiking trails and recreational ball fields. This project  added facilities to the highly used recreational field side of the park. The design is simple style structure constructed with durable materials that references the bathhouse and park service center on the Beach Side of the park.
