Schematic Design through Construction Administration for projects on the Bridgewater State University Campus.
In 2009, Turowski2 Architecture was selected to be the on-call architect for Bridgewater State University. Under this contract, T2 Architecture has undertaken several projects.
Boyden Hall Data Center: Replacement of the existing critical cooling system equipment for the campus data center. Existing data center was kept online during the entire construction process and the coordination of that requirement was critical from schematic design through construction.
Burnell Hall General Classroom Renovation: Renovating an existing classroom wing to accommodate a new classroom layout and common student lounge space, and storage. The project was completed during summer recess.
Boyden Hall/ Maxwell Library Chiller Replacement: Chiller replacement in the main campus library and associated architectural work.
Central Steam Plant: Phased desgin and construction related to the University Central Steam Boiler replacement and general building upgrades.
Moakley Hall Renovation: A 5,000 SF renovation of an existing science lab space in the John Moakley Science Center. The space was converted into a suite of observation rooms for the Psychology Department as well as a Classroom and Lab for the Anthropology Department.
