Finishing of an existing attic space and porch reconstruction for a historic bungalow in a town center. The client, a family feeling the pressure of their growing children, wished to expand into an underutilized attic space. The project included addition of a small dormer, restructuring to support loads for occupancy, and finishing of the entire attic. The existing front porch was also restored.
