Expansion of a small bungalow to a two-and-a-half
story residence for a family of four. This project
transformed a small 800 square foot bungalow to
nearly three times its size, providing space for a
growing family and resident artists. The home is
located in a semi-urban community, surrounded by
single and two family structures. The façade was
carefully articulated with varying treatments to
reduce its overall scale.
