Expansion and renovation of a 5 room ranch in a
summer community along Buzzards Bay. This project
transformed a small 5 room ranch to a two story
summer retreat with sweeping views of the bay. The
original house offered virtually no views of the
water from its location, one lot back from the bay.
The expansion opened the house up offering a visual
connection to the water from all the common areas in
the house, as well as from the master bedroom. The
expansion included a screened porch adjacent to the
dining room, a covered roof deck with sweeping views
of the bay, and a large deck for entertaining.
